Maybe it’s just me, really late to the game, but at Revisual Labs, we’ve started doing fewer presentations on calls and more pre-recorded walkthroughs. We share these in advance and, if needed, go over the points to be discussed during calls. And I really like it!

  1. Enhanced internal collaboration — With us being remote, it helps with our asynchronous work processes.
  2. Expediting external approvals — Accelerating decision-making via email, bypassing scheduling hurdles.
  3. Creating shared references — Providing a unified walkthrough easily shared with clients and internal teams alike, alongside being documented for future use.
